Nick Trzcinski brings nearly 30 years of defense experience, supporting a diverse range of clients, including the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Joint Staff, and the Secretary of Defense’s office. His expertise spans professional services, analytics, IT infrastructure, software development, command and control, and weapons control systems.

Jenn Henriques leads our People Organization. In her role, she drives the care and support of the great people that make up Aleut Federal. She operates with a people-centric mindset and strives to equip employees with the resources, tools, and confidence to perform at their best. She aims to foster a positive culture and team pride for her workforce in support of the most important asset of the company, our people!

In 2023, Danny Parrish joined Aleut Federal as its Chief Financial Officer.

Born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, Danny Parrish’s background is a rich blend of academic and professional experience, underscored by his deep commitment to Alaska. Beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Colorado, Boulder, his career kicked off with a notable role at Deloitte & Touche in Denver, auditing the company’s Energy and Insurance practices.

Sean O’Connor oversees Finance, Accounting, and Contracts & Procurement at Aleut Federal. In this role, he manages financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, contracting, procurement, and all accounting functions. Sean is also part of the executive leadership team for both Aleut Federal and the parent company Aleut Corporation.

Craig Gaulding has more than 20 years of financial management experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
