Nick Trzcinski

Nick Trzcinski brings nearly 30 years of defense experience, supporting a diverse range of clients, including the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Joint Staff, and the Secretary of Defense’s office. His expertise spans professional services, analytics, IT infrastructure, software development, command and control, and weapons control systems.

As President of Aleut Federal, Nick has continued to drive the company forward. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer, he unified the company's capabilities and emphasized a mission-first focus with a human-centered design approach to Aleut's government services portfolio.

A United States Navy veteran, Nick served as Senior Vice President at Steampunk, overseeing the defense portfolio. At Salient CRGT, he was the Senior Vice President for National Security Sector Growth, leading a revitalized Defense and Intelligence practice. Prior to Salient, as Vice President and General Manager for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), he managed over 4,000 personnel and $900M in annual revenue, serving the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Arts in Government from the University of Virginia.
