This multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is valued at $50 billion and spans a five-year base period with an additional five-year option.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has awarded a $5.57M Wing 5 Demolition and Remediation direct award contract to ARS Aleut Construction. Work under this contract includes the selective demolition and remediation of Wing 5 at its Boulder, CO campus, to provide a clean, intact concrete structure ready for full renovation. Demolition will occur in phases while a portion of the wing remains occupied. Work is scheduled for completion in Winter 2021.
