The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has awarded a $5.57M Wing 5 Demolition and Remediation direct award contract to ARS Aleut Construction. Work under this contract includes the selective demolition and remediation of Wing 5 at its Boulder, CO campus, to provide a clean, intact concrete structure ready for full renovation. Demolition will occur in phases while a portion of the wing remains occupied. Work is scheduled for completion in Winter 2021.

Starting September 3, 2024, Aleut will directly support the inaugural Officer Training Course (OTC) at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs.
