Aleut Awarded GSA Los Angeles O&M Recompete

Los Angeles, Calif. Aleut Logistics Services, LLC (Aleut), a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business, is proud to announce they have been awarded a contract to support a campus of General Services Administration (GSA) buildings in Los Angeles, California which houses key government agencies.

Aleut Logistics Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Alaska Native-owned Aleut Federal, LLC, specializes in providing support services, logistics, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for Federal customers.

Under the recompeted contract, Colorado Springs, Colorado-based Aleut will be responsible for the efficient and economical operation and management, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems for three Federal real properties. Properties include, among others, the Wilshire Federal Building in Los Angeles and the James Corman Federal Building in Van Nuys, California.

In addition to the standard electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, Aleut’s O&M services will include Building Automation Systems, kitchen & cafeteria space, service desk operations, public address system, equipment inventory system, parking control including wedge barriers and bollards, loading dock equipment, and more. Aleut is ISO 9001:2015 certified through independent registrar, QAS International (Certificate No. US4620G).

The contract, beginning April 1, 2022, has a potential duration of up to five years – including one, single-year base period and four, 12-month options.

Colorado Springs, CO – August 30, 2024Aleut Management Services (Aleut), a subsidiary of Aleut Federal, has secured a $63 million contract from the U.S. Space Force (USSF) to enhance its support for the Space Force’s training and education mission. Starting September 3, 2024, Aleut will directly support the inaugural Officer Training Course (OTC) at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs.
