Aleut Awarded $1.5M Task Order at the U.S. Air Force Academy

Colorado Spring, CO – An Aleut Federal subsidiary will provide pavement sustainment and repair services on the Davis Airfield at the U.S. Air Force Academy. This $1.5 Million Firm Fixed Price task order was awarded on March 25, 2021, under the Joint Forces Paving indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Contract.

Colorado Springs, Colorado-based Aleut Field Services will perform maintenance as the prime contractor, including crack sealing, patching, surface treatment, and mill/overlaying of asphalt pavements. After each pavement maintenance treatment, Aleut will repaint airfield striping to ensure operations may continue uninterrupted.  Work performed will support of The Davis Airfield annual repair requirements to extend the life of the pavement and to meet minimum UFC requirements.
