U.S. Department of Energy Awards Aleut a 5-Year Technical Assistance Task Order Contract

CINCINNATI, Ohio – The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)’s Office of Environmental Management (EM) awarded ARS Aleut Remediation, LLC (Aleut) a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide technical assistance services at EM Field Sites across the country.

The contract has a potential duration of up to five years with a maximum ordering limitation of $120 Million. Aleut was one of seven awardees for the IDIQ contract(s).

“Aleut is proud to be among those 8(a) companies chosen to support the DOE EM Mission,” said Aleut Federal’s Vice President of Environmental Services, Mark Gragg. “We are excited to have the opportunity to provide Aleut’s best-in-class technical assistance services to our government customers.”

Locations covered by the IDIQ include field sites such as the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, the Moab Uranium Mill Tailings Remedial Action Project in Utah, and the West Valley Demonstration Project in New York.

Task orders issued under the contracts can include safeguards and security, project integration, emergency management, data management, quality assurance, regulatory/environmental compliance, administrative support, records/information management, nuclear safety, engineering, waste management, property management, training, public affairs, cost estimating, and technical editing.
