Aleut & ODLE Joint Venture Partnership to Help Youth and Employers at Chicago/Paul Simon Job Corps Center

Chicago, Ill. Aleut Operations, LLC (Aleut), a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) program participant and Small Disadvantaged Business and Odle Management Group, LLC (ODLE) are proud to announce the two companies, have been awarded the contract to operate the Chicago / Paul Simon Job Corps campus effective April 1, 2022. The companies are operating under a mentor-protégé agreement and joint venture, Aleut-Odle Training & Development, JV, (Aleut-ODLE).

The Chicago / Paul Simon Job Corps campus serves approximately 500 students yearly in various high-demand job fields, including healthcare, construction (e.g., bricklaying, carpentry, painting, etc.), computer technology, and material handling and distribution operations.  The Chicago / Paul Simon Job Corps campus serves economically disadvantaged youth throughout Illinois, specifically in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, DeKalb, Lake, McHenry, Boone, Winnebago, and Stepheson Counties.

Job Corps is a national residential career and technical education program serving disadvantaged students ages 16 to 24. The Job Corps currently operates two campuses in Illinois – Chicago / Paul Simon and Joliet.  Job Corps provides safe and stable housing, basic healthcare, wraparound support services, remedial education, and vocational and technical job training.  The Chicago / Paul Simon Job Corps campus is one of 121 nationwide campuses.  For more information about Job Corps visit, www.jobcorps.gov.

About ODLE Management

Founded in 2004 by Lisa S. Odle, President and CEO, ODLE Management Group, LLC and an experienced workforce development provider. ODLE is the prime contractor and manages the day-to-day operations of several Job Corps campuses to include outreach, admissions and placement services. Prime contracts are in Louisiana (New Orleans), Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh), Virginia (Old Dominion in Monroe), Texas (El Paso) and Oklahoma (Tulsa). In addition, Odle is a subcontractor in New Mexico (Albuquerque), Florida (Pinellas County) and Washington, D.C. (Potomac).
