General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) Contract – POOL 3 is a government-wide acquisition contract, crafted to provide all Federal agencies with streamlined, integrated access to a broad spectrum of complex professional services and solutions for both commercial and non-commercial needs. The contract scope includes the following core disciplines of program management services, management solutions, logistics, engineering, scientific, and financial services; as well as ancillary services such as Information Technology.

SIN 561210FAC – Facilities Maintenance and Repair

The General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is a long-term governmentwide contract with commercial firms who, in exchange for inclusion as a contract holder, agree to provide products and services to Federal customers at volume negotiated pricing. Aleut Federal, LLC subsidiary, Aleut Logistics Services, LLC (Aleut) was approved by the GSA to participate as a prime contractor for awards in  in Special Item Numbers (SIN) 561210FAC – Facilities Maintenance and Repair. The contract, number 47QSHA21D002M, has a potential duration of up to 20 years – including one, five-year base period and three, five-year options. Contract scope includes the provision of professional support services of federal real property, focusing on complete operations, maintenance, and repair.

Aleut is proud to provide the wide range of SIN 561210FAC scope, either individually or in combination, which spans a breadth of capabilities including, but not limited to maintenance services such as elevator, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, septic, fire alarm/fire suppression, energy management control systems (EMCS), water distribution, septic, telephone, water tanks renewable energy systems, waste management, recycling, etc. In addition, the SIN can also be used for facilities management solutions such as personnel recruitment and staffing to help manage federal facility operations as well as a complete array of facilities consulting and facilities assessment services.

GSA 8(a) STARS III

8(a) STARS III

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III – a/k/a “8(a) STARS III” – is a best-in-class, small business set-aside, government-wide acquisition contract that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. The contract is designed to allow government agencies to streamline the acquisition process and access cutting edge solutions to accomplish IT missions.

Scope includes a wide range of services from IT help-desk support, information assurance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and more. 8(a) STARS III was awarded with a five-year-base through July 1, 2026, and a three-year-option that will run until July 1, 2029. As such, the contract provides opportunities for long-term solutions for contracting officers, offering flexibility to accommodate extended periods of performance. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the 8(a) STARS III contract is 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services. However, anything that is IT service(s) in nature has the potential to fall within the contract scope.

Contract holder, ARS Aleut Services, LLC, specializes in innovative solutions for enterprise-level IT LAN/WAN, Applications, and Communications environments in support of mission-critical objectives. In addition, we are prepared to support a wide range of the 8(a) STARS III scope, with subject matter expertise spanning a multitude of disciplines including DevSecOps, Agile Transformation, Application Modernization, Cloud Services, Platform Services, Data Management, and ERP.
