General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) Contract – POOL 3 is a government-wide acquisition contract, crafted to provide all Federal agencies with streamlined, integrated access to a broad spectrum of complex professional services and solutions for both commercial and non-commercial needs. The contract scope includes the following core disciplines of program management services, management solutions, logistics, engineering, scientific, and financial services; as well as ancillary services such as Information Technology.

GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)

The General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is a long-term governmentwide, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts designed to offer federal, state, and local government buyers access to a wide array of commercial products and services at negotiated rates. MAS contracts initially span a 5-year period, with the option for three additional 5-year options, with the potential duration of up to 20 years.

The GSA Schedules framework simplifies processes for both government buyers and contractors, offering expansive benefits for both parties.

Customers benefit from GSA MAS in several ways, including streamlined competition in select Special Item Numbers (SINs) and the ability to issue sole-source awards and set-asides for qualified 8(a) small, disadvantaged businesses.

Aleut proudly offers a wide range of capabilities within SIN 561210FAC, either individually or in combination. These capabilities include maintenance services such as elevator, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, septic, fire alarm/fire suppression, energy management control systems (EMCS), water distribution, telephone, water tanks, renewable energy systems, waste management, and recycling. Aleut Federal, LLC subsidiary, Aleut Management Services, LLC (Aleut), serves as a prime contractor in Special Item Number (SIN) 611430 – Professional Management & Development Training. The contract, number 47QTCA24D004B, includes offering an array of short duration courses and seminars for management and professional development. Training for career development may be provided directly to individuals or through employer’s training programs, and courses may be customized or modified to meet the special needs of customers. Aleut’s inclusion in the GSA MAS SIN 611430 empower us to provide planning, creation, execution of testing/test administration, learning management, internship, and development of new courses or subject matter in both instructor-led, traditional classroom settings, or web-based systems.

GSA 8(a) STARS III

8(a) STARS III

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III – a/k/a “8(a) STARS III” – is a best-in-class, small business set-aside, government-wide acquisition contract that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. The contract is designed to allow government agencies to streamline the acquisition process and access cutting edge solutions to accomplish IT missions.

Scope includes a wide range of services from IT help-desk support, information assurance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and more. 8(a) STARS III was awarded with a five-year-base through July 1, 2026, and a three-year-option that will run until July 1, 2029. As such, the contract provides opportunities for long-term solutions for contracting officers, offering flexibility to accommodate extended periods of performance. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the 8(a) STARS III contract is 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services. However, anything that is IT service(s) in nature has the potential to fall within the contract scope.
