Zach Fleming
General Manager
Zach Fleming brings over 20 years of construction management experience to Aleut in all facets of EPC construction management including telecommunications, heavy civil, power plant construction, oil & gas, and government/nuclear work. Over his career, Zach has contributed to the successful construction of projects ranging from $100k to $10B in the US and abroad. His expertise spans direct construction oversight, piping, civil, contracts formation, schedule development, cost controls, and proposal development. In his current role as Director of Operations & General Manager of AADS, Zach has direct responsibility for business development, estimating, pre-construction, and construction. Prior to joining the Aleut team, Zach spent 19 years with Bechtel in various construction oversight roles.
