Daniel Barr joined Aleut in March of 2022, and as the Director of DoD Programs, he provides a portfolio of mission aligned support services to DoD customers. Aleut has been a trusted partner to government for 50 years with expertise across the technology, infrastructure, construction, and environmental domains. Within the technology domain, Dan oversees services ranging across space operations, information technology, data strategy, mission support, and more. Aleut has supported United States Space Command and the United States Space Force since their establishment.
Dan served 23 years in the United States Air Force and retired on May 1st 2021. Dan holds degrees in technology and business, and a Masters in Business Administration. He lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado with his wife Etta, and son Max. They enjoy camping, skiing, hiking, climbing, and many more outdoor activities.
